Problem: “An expensive and inconvenient mill and overlay road project is about to start, and residents will not be happy.”

Strategy: Gather all roadwork projects under the umbrella name Sweet Streets® and hinge communications on a positive and civic pride-building message of the unique perks of life in the city of Richfield.

Result: The City built support for its infrastructure needs, communicated effectively, and fabricated high quality roads.
